Broken Window

Maddie Harper is homeless, living on the streets of London. She's been told about a mysterious abandoned house, one that everyone avoids. She knows she should do the same, but one night – terrified and badly injured – she decides to take a risk. The book ends on a cliffhanger and the story continues in the second volume, In Darkness Dwell. This is the 2022 edition of the original 2017 book.
