Even worse, as Dat is pushed even deeper into the situation he slowly starts to discover that more than his well being is at stake. Civilization is at a crossroads and the forces arrayed against it are preparing to make their big play. At the center of this evil is a creature of myth, thought to be purely fictional, a vampire.
