Meet Percival Lorentz, the Hanover area vampire, as he lives through tragedy and triumph when a Pennsylvania German healing spell goes wrong. Set in the late 1920's, much of the first novella from the Lost Soul Trilogy takes place in the peaceful Pigeon Hills, just north of Hanover, Pennsylvania. The first story of the Lost Soul, by McSherrystown native, Gardy Lawrence, brings together the Pennsylvania Germans, local Native American Indian captives, and the now extinct Passenger Pigeon, to place a member of this pop culture phenomenon in our midst. The young vampire continues to learn about his condition as he also deals with life and love in his perpetual late teenage years. He is on a quest for the reclamation of his lost soul. This book is a continuation of Lost Soul of the Black Rose: Volume I, A Vampire's Confession and Volume II, A Vampire's Reality.
