Sarah is headed to Scooterville, IL where the town is suffering the attention of a haunted house. The rest of her team and her boss come to assist. She finds that a few people in town may be under the possession of an unknown entity. In her quest to uncover the spirits haunting the house called Devoid, she finds Chris who is a possible new love. If only she were willing to accept what he has to offer. Her main interest is the spirits which are her only reason for being in this quaint town. She hears the stories of the history of this town’s horror through the ones who still remain to tell the tales. Such pain is residing within the house, the spirits lash out to keep them forever hidden until her and her team finally peel back the insidious darkness of the Devoid.
