In this thirty-third installment of fictional horror written and narrated by Dan Cummins.... we return to Bristol County, Massachusetts, where struggling horror author Brad Collins has completed his new book, Burn the Witch, and it appears as if it will catapult him to fame and fortune. But at what cost?  Is he really capable of paying the full toll? And if not, will Marina allow him to renege on their blood pact?

Dan showers us with four tales for the 300th episode today!  The first story revolves around real world tragedy in Virginia intersecting with the supernatural. Then,  a mysterious death in Australia. This is followed by a third story about a disturbing legend in Africa that might be much more than modern folklore. Lastly,  claims of an alien abduction bring us to Maine. Lynze rounds out this week with one tale about a couple of teens exploring an abandoned house and then takes us on a very peculiar ride to the UK for an unusual alien encounter.

We begin this week in Pennsylvania with a story that involves a woman who starts to believe that something in her new house is coming for her family and trying to take it from her. Then, Dan takes us to Brazil to explore one of the more disturbing legends ever. The legend of Bárbara  of the Pleasures. But Bárbara’s story, is not so pleasurable. When her looks began to fade, did an aging woman in the early 19th century, once heralded as a legendary beauty, do the unthinkable to regain her youthful attractiveness? Next up, Lynze offers us a story with many complex layers ranging from sleep paralysis to cosmic connections. Rounding out the episode, she gives us a classic haunted house story!

Dan's  first of two tales covers the lore and supposed paranormal encounters associated with Dublin, Ireland’s St. Michan’s Church and the dead bodies that reside in the crypts beneath it.  Then, we’ll venture over Lake Pleasant, New York, and learn about some rumored murders associated with one of the town’s founding fathers and the hauntings associated with those deaths. Lynze offers us three different tales this week. Her first is sad and sweet, a tale of a life taken to soon but possibly still here. Then, how strange would it be if strangers outside of your apartment could see a ghost in your home but you couldn't? Lastly, does watching horror flicks at home make you, your family and your personal space more susceptible to spirits moving in with you? What a crazy idea!

A man in his 40s has a recollection of a very strange incident from his childhood but only recalls it after his brother passes away. Listen as Dan unfolds this creepy childhood tale. We start this week in Brownwood, Texas where a murder  tragic murder may have added additional paranormal energy to a property already rumored to be haunted.  Then, is a spirit sending emails from the great beyond?  A short and very strange confirmation-type tale that really makes you wonder what’s possible. Dan's first of two tales is a modern encounter story set in Sauk Centre, Minnesota’s Palmer Hotel. Lynze, of course, was excited when she heard "sock" center!  The second story shares the haunted history of Kansas City, Missouri’s St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Does the ghost of an early church leader still haunt its grounds? Then Lynze comes to us with three stories. Her first reminds us of how creepy kids toys can be. Then, an ongoing family situation with a family has one person asking what she married in to! Lastly, a gentle and loving ghost tale to remind us to be grateful for what we DO have in life!

Supposedly true tales this week from Dan include a story about  an elderly widow living alone in the early 1980s and her visitors. Then, we’ll bounce around the world to a number of so-called “phantom islands.” Can an island discovered by numerous explorers inexplicably just disappear? And, if so, what does that mean? Then, Lynze brings us three tales in a death sandwich of stories, if you will. Her first is sweet and sad and gives us hope for a connection to our deceased loved ones. Then, a home is not haunted until it is- did a fire wake up a ghost? Lastly, the grim reaper or the man in black comes for an old man.
