Ep-178: Willy's Wonderland.
This week, the FM3 take a trip to "Willy's Wonderland" (2021) where they witness Nicholas Cage doing a so-so Nicholas Cage impression while battling a possessed and woefully budget-assed Rock-a-Fire Rip-Off comprised of semi-menacing animatronic misfits. When the lights go down at Willy's, the bots get hungeee... but much to Forever Midnight's dismay, this is not a wonderland of actual wieners, edible or otherwise. At your own risk, check out this premium-priced streamer before the lawsuits start forming a pile of their own. Five Nights at whose? More like "One Night at Willy's" - which tracks as this title is 20% as cool and scary as it thinks it is. If your friends at FM haven't tipped their hand entirely, just know that sometimes the bad ones lead to the best chats! Crack a Punch Pop and enjoy!
Ep-177: The Evil Within.
This week's episode was chosen by one of Forever Midnight's faithful devotees over on Patreon, and the fate bestowed upon the weary eyes of the FM crew was one they had not bargained for. Preparing for the worst and hoping for the best, the FM3 recognize a familiar face - that of legendary actor Michael Berryman - but he has long luscious golden hair and a matching majestic mustache… something is definitely amiss. As your homies continue along (and off) the rails in this haunted house ride, they discover it chock-full of surreal imagery, an insane making-of backstory and tons of WTF moments, making 2017's "The Evil Within" a tour de force of literally the good, the bad and the utterly problematic.Â
Ep-176: His House.
In this week's episode, the FM3 stumbled upon a horror treasure in the form of the 2020 film "His House". To repay their debt to the Horror Gods, however, they must face the whispering NightWitch that lives in the Scary Movie Resource Center so that they might rejoin their unfortunate mission: to watch every shitty horror film. No longer used to such quality, "His House" legitimately scares the FM Crew, and in their spasmodic throes of terror, they send the NightWitch back to the netherworld with their violent flailings. Amazing how a one-of-a-kind film told from a unique perspective can shake one's foundations! Now they can get back to reviewing such choice titles as 'Killer Toilet'.Â
Ep-175: Martin.
In this weeks episode the FM3 had their adventure chosen for them by one of their more infamous Top Dawgs over on Patreon. The film forced onto their weary eyes was the 1977 George Romero film "Martin". Without much thought the FM crew threw on their best fake fangs and Dracula capes expecting this to be a regular romp thru the blood soaked fields of Transylvania - holy shit were they wrong.Â
Ep-174: Psycho II.
A boy's best friend is his mother, but a horror podcast's best friend is a motherfucking SEQUEL! When tasked with creating a Part II to Alfred Hitchcock's groundbreaking horror masterpiece "Psycho" (1960) over 20 years later, you gotta put together the crack team of the time: Tom Holland, Dean Cundey, Jerry Goldsmith, Meg Tilly and…. Dennis Franz? Hell YES, Dennis Franz! Plus Anthony Perkins returns as a long and lean Norman Bates who would KILL to prepare you a sandwich with milk. Tour the drug-suites, bonky-basement and gaslit halls of the lavish Bates Estate with Forever Midnight, now with twice the Pepperoni Peepholes™! The original may have lacked shots of knives actually going through heads and hands, but the sequel delivers in spades… and speaking of spades, there's a shovel to the dome scene that will blow your old-lady-wig clean off. Join the FM3 for their long awaited discussion about Psycho II (1983)!
Ep-173: Listener Voicemail #4.
When a stranger calls, Forever Midnight let it go to voicemail! This latest VM extravaganza features not only new calls from some sweet strangers, but classic callers we know and love, who across the board seem to have been marinating their minds in the gutter over the past few months. These blush-worthy voicemails have the FM3 laughing and sweating it out as they answer your pressing horrno-themed queries. Adults only, please!Â
Ep-172: Forbidden World.
In this week's episode, the cosmonauts over at Forever Midnight got a distress call from a "Forbidden World" (1982), so they flipped the tiny hyperspace switch, wiggled around for a few minutes and were there in a jiffy to investigate! What they didn't expect was having to battle a wicked-ass space-mutant made of trashbags, vaseline and some massive styrofoam teeth. Luckily for the (forbidden) world's best horror hosts, they used their vast scientific knowledge and punched at the mutant with a honkin' cancer steak until the monster chundered fro-yo all over the lab. When innards become outtards, it's pretty much a typical day for the FM3. Now it's time to hit the sauna and show everyone our scars… it's tough saving the universe one episode at a time, but some podcast's gotta do it!
Ep-171: The Funhouse.
This week, the FM-Threeniuses sneak into the dark ride at a seedy-ass carnival and attempt to spend the night, just for a hoot! Once inside, they stumble upon a monster getting a hand-whammy and decide that maybe this wasn't their brightest idea. The FM crew have to "hurry, hurry, and step right up" to the Barker and his Frankenstein-cosplaying son if they wanna make it out with their goldfish-baggies intact! Like an order of corndogs, your hosts come out a little bit battered and fried, but with a sweet and meaty chat about Tobe Hooper's 1981 classic "The Funhouse"!
Ep-170: I Know What You Did Last Summer.
In this week's episode the FM3 head to Dawson's Beach to party it up! While recklessly hauling balls along the winding cliffs, they accidentally chowdered the Gorton's fish stick guy who was apparently standing in the middle of the road, fast asleep. Using their collective crack judgement, they decide that rather than checking homie's vitals and getting medical assistance, it would be a better move to just throw his ass in the ocean - from whence he came, right? Boy, were they wrong! Instead, the F-M'ers set off a chain of events that would forever change (and end) the lives of many innocent people. Who will survive and what will be left of their crab shack? Find out as Forever Midnight debate this sadistically-soundtracked, RINO (R-Rated In Name Only) shlassic, "I Know What You Did Last Summer!"
Ep-169: Evilspeak.
In this week's episode, your favorite bullied army cadets, Jef, Josh and Brian stumble upon a full-on Dracula Dungeon where they the find the secret VHS stash of Satanic Priest Esteban and watch his 1981 documentary, "EvilSpeak." While watching, they learn that if you let Clint Howard type some wild shit into an old computer, the devil will kill all your enemies. So get ready nerds, 'cause your wigs are about to get split with a He-Man sword as the boys float around and talk about this forgotten 80's gem!
