Ep -275: The Island Of Dr. Moreau.
After years and years of not doing an episode on this legendary production nightmare, Jef finally picks "The Island Of Dr. Moreau"(1996)! In this episode The FM3 dive under the soft linens of Brando's jungle diaper to reveal and converse about the many shady shenanigans that happened during the making of this furry film and the fact that even thru all of the hyena and pig shit two thirds of Forever Midnight still love this movie. Listeners, be sure to don your full body sunblock and fill your ice bucket helmets to the tippy top - you're gonna need all the help you can get for this lumpy bumpy down under dumpy.
Ep -274: The Howling.
Ep -273: Phenomena (Creepers).
In this episode the FM3 headed towards the more populated waters of horror and ended up in the poltergeist pit of Dario Argento's 1985 film "Phenomena" AKA "Creepers". To their pleasant surprise there was a monkey acting a fool in this Argento Classic and they aren't talking about Donald Pleasence! This flick is filled with all kinds of wild stuff: insects, motorhead, freaky kids, decapitations, and trippy ass sleep walking dreamscapes - all to confuse and entice Jef, Josh and Brian into enjoying their time with it. Plus it has a monkey in it!!
Ep -272: The Day Of The Beast (El día de la bestia)
In this episode the FM3 got another top dawg Patreon pick, this time hailing all the way from Canada! One of Forever Midnight's wonderful patrons wanted the guys to check out Álex de la Iglesia's 1995 movie "The Day of the Beast'' (El día de la bestia). The guys went in pretty blind to this one and were pleasantly surprised by what awaited them...Satan, Sinning, and Psychedelics...Sounds like a party! So sit back, grab some popcorn and let the sin begin!
This movie is currently streaming on Tubi, Freevee and Screambox on Prime Video.
Ep -271: Last shift.
Is this episode one of the Top Dawg Forever Midnight Society members picked the poison for the FM3. This time around that poison was the independent haunted cop shop movie "Last Shift" from 2014. This episode is a fun one chalk full of revealing moments, hot topics and even hotter takes. Apologies ahead of time - Trigger warnings include: Suicide, Police, boogers, Trump, Top Knot Buns, Charles Manson & Florida.
Ep -270: Shakma.
Happy New Year Wonderful listeners! Jef, Josh and Brian are kicking off 2024 right with some full on monkey business! That's right, the boys are talking about the 1990 animal exploitation/snoozefest "Shakma"! The promise of a possible hidden gem revolving around a bunch of college kids and Roddy Mcdowall larping and getting picked off by a crazy ass baboon was undeniable. However the FM3 were more than a little let down with this aptly overlooked 90's animal slasher. Help the Forever Midnight crew ring in the new year with this wild one, currently streaming on Tubi and Freevee!
Ep -269: Silent Night, Bloody Night.
Season's Greetings wonderful listeners! It is the time of year again that The FM3 go dumpster diving into Santa's dirty old Sack for another Xmas horror movie! This time around the crew decided on the proto-slasher to Black Christmas: "Silent Night, Bloody Night" from 1972! The Forever Midnight crew had hoped for a holiday hootenanny of a film with stockings filled with Christmas candy but instead got a weird wild tale about escaped mental patients and the wacky town they call home. We hope you enjoy this episode and wish you all a happy holiday and a fantastic new year!
Ep- 268: When Evil Lurks.
In this episode, Jef, Josh and Brian are back in the saddle with a brand new episode! Talking about the 2023 film out of Argentina "When Evil Lurks". This film was highly recommended and suggested to the FM3 by lots of you awesome listeners. So the crew decided to check it out, and let's just say, The Director: Demián Rugna knows how to make a decent horror movie! If you have not watched this film yet, please consider checkin' it before listening, mainly because it is a good one and secondly because the guys will spoil it ALL!!!
(Trigger Warning for kids gettin' schmurked and doggie violence.) Enjoy!
Ep- 267: Witching And Bitching.
In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian are back with a poison that was picked by one of their awesome top tier Patrons from over at Patreon.com/Forevermidnight ! That poison is from the 2013 Spanish film Witching and Bitching (Las brujas de Zugarramurdi). The FM3 talk about the positives, the negatives and everything in between with this film, so be sure to watch it before you listen (so you can decide for yourself if you like it!). Also as a warning - The crew might talk about vegan mystery meats and Halloween for a little bit, so if you wanna skip that fast forward to the 21 minute 50 second mark to just listen to us talk about the wild and crazy Witching and Bitching!
Ep- 266: Blood Harvest (1987).
In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian point their time machine to rural Wisconsin in the late 80's to check in on the legendary clown shoe-string budget horror film "Blood Harvest". They had long heard about "the scary movie that Tiny Tim plays a clown" but each of them had never seen it. So making their way to a farm in the middle of nowhere they witnessed the making (all two days of it) of a truly forgettable slasher, but holy guacamole it sure did star Tiny Tim as a mentally deranged clown and that fine listeners is the real reason why we are all gathered here today...to bask in the genius and extreme weirdness of Tiny Tim as Marvelous Mervo and maybe some prime time boobies...
