Between September 2016 and November 2016 three woman, 19 year old Robin West, 20 year old Sarah Butler, and 33 year old Joanne Brown, were all murdered within a 20 mile radius in northern New Jersey. Now, 20 year old Khalil Wheeler-Weaver has been charged with all three murders as well as a slew of other related charges and a survivor has come forward with new evidence.
