S2E5 - Room #1800 - Thank You for Calling
Released on 01/24/2020
Are you prepared for another haiku? Bob thinks Samantha deserves to hear a new one. He also reveals a truth to her that she might not deserve to hear. Elevator music is discussed and the passage of time is debated. Plus, Todd has a present for Samantha.
Samantha can pick from two rooms: the first room is about a witch who develops the perfect spell to fix all the things she hates in the world. The other is about a man who works in telecommunications. Or something.
Written by Brian Black
Samantha performed by Sarah Thomas
Bob performed by Graham Rowat
Todd performed by Alistair Mackey
S2E5 - THANK YOU FOR CALLING
In this current age of hacking and malware that infects our cell phones and computers, it's best to avoid emails from foreign princes who just want to deposit a few million dollars into your bank account. A call center salesman works for a company that claims to prevent unwanted internet attacks, but what happens when a caller challenges him to prove it? The customer is always right, until people begin dying.
You'll wish this cold call went straight to voicemail...
Written by Alex Gallegos
Gaurishankar performed by Sushant Adlahka
First Customer performed by Margaret Ashley
The Man on the Phone performed by Graham Rowat
Call Center Manager performed by Michael Rigg
Thank you so much for listening to the fifth episode of our second season! It's been a long year this month, wow. It feels like we're already done with multiple seasons, based on the additional content we've been making over on our Patreon page, what with our Dismal Dirge instrumentals, our behind-the-scenes videos, our bonus patron-only stories, and also our future Bane Podcast stories in the pipeline.
Please continue to support and share this wonderful show with all your horror-loving friends. And don't forget, our new and improved Behind the Door will be releasing next Friday, January 31st. Take a seat at the roundtable as Jason, Brooks, and JM discuss "Thank You for Calling" with author Alex Gallegos.
Do you like what we've been doing so far? Please consider subscribing to our Patreon. Even just a dollar a month can help us reach our goals of world domination. We want to patent a chocolate candy that actually does melt in your hands, maybe call them W&W's. The Warden likes that name. Turning things upside-down is evil, right?
Lastly, we want to remind you to keep it Grey. Question the reality surrounding you. Every door has a story, every room has a tale. Pick wisely. #staygrey2020
We'll see you in two weeks for Episode 6, same Grey time, same Grey channel.

Released on 11/29/2019
Meet Samantha Winters, our main protagonist for Season 2. You might be thinking, "I already know about Samantha Winters, she's the one who killed Jake Stone in the preseason." And you're right. Jake finally found his missing person and she left him to die on the floor. Is this the reason that Sam is now in The Grey Rooms? What other horrible things has she done to deserve this place?
Written by Brian Black

Todd performed by Alistair Mackey
The Warden performed by Jason Wilson
S2E1 - JAILBIRD
What makes a man? Is it his strength or maybe his integrity? Perhaps it's that he is a good listener or a born leader. For this particular character in our story, it might have nothing to do with him. Some people are judged because of the types of people their parents are.
Join us as we take a walk in the shoes of a man who is about to make a decision in the Wild West. Everything that happens from that decision on...will not be based on his decisions alone. They will be based on who he chose to resemble. Ma or Pa?
But take note...the choices made could mean life or death.
Written by Bo Chappell
Cole Amsel & The Bank Manager performed by Graham Rowat
Belinda Horton & The Robin performed by Holly Lindin
Sheriff Gilliam performed by Jason Wilson
Deputy Yoak performed by Gabe Templin
The Old Lady performed by Charlotte Norup
Thank you so much for listening to the beginning of our second season! There has been a lot that has happened since "Everything Ends", well...ended. We released some preseason stories, a few bonus episodes, made a music video, and now here we are. Jason is producing the sounds for the episodes, Brian is writing the scripts for the narrative story, JM is mastering the music, Cassie, Graham and Brooks are making the artwork and helming the social media, the voice actors and authors are being paid... What a time to be alive.
We'll be releasing our Behind the Door next Friday, December 6th. Join Brian and Jason as they discuss "Jailbird" with author Bo Chappell and lead actor Graham Rowat.
Bo Chappell is the author of the story "Look Alike" which we produced as our third preseason episode. He is also the author of the novel "Year 47" as well as the producer and editor of its prequel anthology "By Year's End." You can listen to him with fellow co-creator Dustin Schyler Yoak on their podcast "Geek-Men and the Masters of the ThunderNerds."
Do you like what we've been doing so far? Please consider subscribing to our Patreon. Even just a dollar a month can help us reach our goals of world domination. We want to patent Grey Rooms Tripe. Stomach meat contains the nutrients of the food it previously digested, according to us. Bon appétit.
And lastly, we just want to say, "Thank you." Thank you so much for your love and support. It really means a lot to us.
We'll see you in a few weeks for Episode 2.
