Although the details are still currently being ironed out, they could give you an overview of how horrific the case is.It all started on June 8, 2020. A witness reportedly saw a truck and its white cargo trailer abandoned in a secluded area around the Oachita National Forrest, south of Mena, Arkansas. Suspicion prompted the unnamed person to inspect the parked vehicle. 2. Underwater UFOsJeremy Corbell, a documentary filmmaker, was one of the first people to ever share footage of a UFO crashing into a body of water on social media. Her post has since garnered plenty of views and reactions. So much so that the Pentagon itself found the need to make confirmation on its existence as well as the authenticity of the video.In a statement, the defense agency said that the video was indeed legitimate and was believed to be taken some time in 2019 by a US Navy personnel.Mr. Corbell explained on Instagram that local authorities found no wreckage on the said water crash site. Murder of a Bridesmaid in TexasOn January 13, 1995, second-grade teacher Mary Catherine Edwards arrived home from school. She went out to take her dog for a quick walk. She got home again and poured herself a glass of wine. She then called her boyfriend. Unknowingly, this would be the last time she would be heard of alive.The following day, the parents of the 31-year-old decided to go over to her place to check when she failed to return their calls. They were met with an inexplicable sight of their dead daughter in the bathroom upstairs. As described by the report, she was "draped over the edge of the bathtub with her head in the water, and her legs on the floor." The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unknown to this day. Her 1981 bluish-gray Buick Skylark with Texas plates went missing along with her. 2. Cheryl Miller and Pamella Jackson (Brule Creek, South Dakota)May 29, 1971, Cheryl Miller and her best friend Pamela Jackson were on their way to a party in South Dakota. The two 17-year-olds were riding a Studebaker owned by Miller's grandfather. They were the last car in a convoy of young party-goers.1. Six Missing People from Oklahoma (Foss Lake, Oklahoma)In November 1970, Jimmy Allen Williams, along with his friends Thomas Michael Rios and Leah Gail Johnson, decided to stroll around their little town of Sayre, Oklahoma. Williams had just bought a brand-new Camaro "muscle car." The teen, who worked in a grocery store as a part-time clerk, told his parents that he, Rios, and Johnson were going to watch an American football game in Elk City, which is 25 miles away from Sayre. Police reports indicate that this was city's biggest phone scam ever to have been pulled off. Sad to say, it happened quite seamlessly and without resistance.It began in the summer of 2020. Criminals contacted the unnamed elderly woman living in one of the ritziest neighborhoods in the city. They pretended to be Chinese public security officials. Considering who was on the other line, the prospect accepted the call. She was told that her identity had been involved in a serious criminal case that had been investigated back in the mainland. 2. Unknown Indiana's Serial Killer Victim IdentifiedIn April 2021, authorities announced that they have already identified the human remains found at a northwestern Indiana farm. The person was one of the many victims of the late serial killer Larry Eyler. As important as the details of this recent forensic development were the latter's struggles and exploits. Eyler was one of the many notorious killers who struggled with their homosexuality. Born and raised in Indiana, he grew up in a troubled household wherein most of his stepfathers would tease and abuse him. This affected his schooling and social life. Tulsa Stalker Attempts To Kidnap VictimOn April 2, 2021, a Good Friday, the office of Tulsa Police Department received a distress call originating from 5000 S. Toledo Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was about a man who attempted to abduct a woman whom he had been stalking for quite some time. The suspect was identified as Justin Arthur-Ray Davis. He and the victim were former co-workers. Things went weird between the two after the man resigned from their workplace. For a month, he had been stalking the woman at her apartment. 4. Torso Killer Pleads Guilty Richard Francis Cottingham was your average type of guy - married and with three young kids. He worked as computer operator in a major insurance company in New Jersey. Everything seemed mundane on the surface, until it was found out that this man had this terrible itch for abusing sex workers. As the years went by, he developed bizarre torture rituals. What started as a motive for pure sexual stimulation, his crimes of inflicting immeasurable pain soon escalated to actual murder. 3. Helicopters Fastest Flight on MarsMankind's gargantuan cosmic project to colonize Mars has reached yet another significant milestone. On July 30, 2020, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) launched Perseverance. The car-sized rover is part of NASA's Mars 2020 mission. Attached on Percy's underside is a small robotic solar helicopter named Ingenuity. Its purpose is quite simple: to demonstrate flight in Mars, given that there's a huge difference in atmospheric pressure and gravity on the Red Plant compared to Earth. 2. 1985 Murder of Mildred MathenyIt took almost 40 years but justice was finally served for the murder of Mildred Matheny.The horror began on April 27, 1985. The 78-year-old woman left the home she shared with her 75-year-old sister on the Crestwood Boulevard, in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. She was not supposed to go out by herself considering that she previously had been found wandering the neighborhood, clueless because of what people believe to have been dementia.  1. Appalachian Trail Killer Goes To Psych WardThe Appalachian Trail is a trail that is about 2,200 miles (3,500 km) in length. The distance extends between Springer Mountain in Georgia and Mount Katahdin in Maine.  There are about two to three million people who hike and camp along the trail's path that extends through 14 states. And while it may sound impossible, the trail's 45-year-long history indicates that there were at least 10 people who were killed along the way. Although relatively safe, the trail's hiking community are now distraught over the news that one of those deemed responsible of the killing is about to evade justice.
