HLC - Completely rewriting "The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It"
Released on 06/26/2021
In this episode of the Westside Fairytales podcast’s Horror and Lit Club, Tyler rambles at length about home repairs, "Castlevania," the new pride flag, and he delivers a roughly two-hour-long script revision of the new "Conjuring" movie from James Wan, "The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It."
I say that "The Conjuring" is a Blumhouse feature a bunch of times during this, which is incorrect, but it's so like a Blumhouse movie I decided to forgive myself.
The script doctor is the last two hours or so of the episode, so skip ahead if you just want to hear that.

Scars in Time 18 - The Painting
Released on 06/18/2021
In chapter 18 of the Westside Fairytales horror and dark fiction podcast’s story Scars in Time, Ash has proven to herself beyond a shadow of a doubt that anywhere she exists, if Mike’s there, she can — and will — kill him. He’s no longer a stain on her heart, but there are other problems.
She’s trapped in Ashley Colon’s version of reality with no way out, and even if she had one, it wouldn’t fix what was wrong with Gun Cotton. With little else in the way of options, she reaches out to the one person she knows might be able to help.

Scars in Time 17 - The Clinic
Released on 06/04/2021
In chapter 17 of the Westside Fairytales horror and dark fiction podcast’s story Scars in Time, it’s clear that the events Ash’s presence in Gun Cotton has set into motion haven’t been slowed in the least by her return to her own time. After a lifetime of letting herself be slowed, sidelined, and stalled, she’s ready to break through into the shadowed history of her house’s basement.
What she finds on the other side of the rough wall will be the beginning of the end of the life she’s known for thirty years. But knowing she has to face it, and wanting to, will make all the difference.
