These members of the Elemental Council were destroyed by a tribe motivated by greed and power. In lifetime after lifetime, the tribes try to "wake up" and remember what, and who, they are. About the Author

Caryn Colgan graduated magna cum laude from Sam Houston University in 1983. She earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Texas A & M University in 1984, joined the firm of Ernst & Young as a tax consultant for two years and then moved on to a private firms. In 1991, after almost ten years as a corporate CPA and four as a Vice President of Marketing, Caryn began her present career as an international speaker and workshop facilitator. She has conducted team-building and diversity awareness workshops for the Anti-Defamation League and the National Conference for Community and Justice. Additionally, Caryn has delivered workshops either in-person or virtually to people on every continent except Antarctica. Leadership topics include management and interpersonal communication skills, critical thinking, coaching skills, presentation skills, conflict resolution, and goal achievement.
